Carte Blanche Brut
A symbol of family know-how, this vintage is the result of a blend of grapes harvested on the hillsides classified as Premier Cru of the Grande Montagne de Reims... Its pale yellow color and fruity bouquet, where aromas of red fruits are joyfully expressed, will seduce you from the outset. You will particularly appreciate it during an aperitif with family or friends.
Available in dry and semi-dry (a little more sugar), in half-bottle and bottle.
Brut Rosé
The femininity of its color and the fruity finesse of its bouquet will seduce you as an aperitif and you will be won over by tasting it with roasted meats and poultry.

Chardonnay Brut
Chardonnay Brut Made entirely from Chardonnay, this champagne has a lively, fresh and invigorating spirit. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish and shellfish.

Grande Réserve Brut
This cuvée, full of finesse and elegance, has benefited from a blend of the best reserve
wines and the best great vintages. It reveals to the eye, a very pretty yellow color
with golden highlights and especially in the mouth, amplitude, delicacy, power and
character.
This is a great Champagne that you can enjoy throughout a meal and it

also be the ideal accomplice for the great moments of your life.

Brut Vintage 2018
A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from Rilly-La-Montagne, this 2018 vintage, marked by a sunny year, allowed the vines to produce a wine that is sufficient in itself. After 6 years of aging in the cellar, it has reached the maturity that we have been patiently waiting for.
With a dosage of 3g/l, this champagne is perfect for Accompany each step of your meal, providing balance and finesse.

Pinot Noir Grand Cru
This single-varietal Pinot Noir comes from a single small vineyard located near Rilly-la-Montagne. Its grapes, pressed separately, were vinified and then aged in barrels before being bottled under cork (for better aging), in a bottle chosen to delight your eyes before exalting your mouth because it is Extra-Brut with a low sugar dosage for more lightness.
Brut et Demi-sec
Made from the three Champagne grape varieties, this round and well-structured wine can be enjoyed on any occasion and goes with all dishes. The Demi-Sec is served with dessert and with sweet dishes.

Clos Herbesonne
Clos Herbesonne is the expression of the purity of a unique vineyard located in the village of Germaine. A true jewel in the heart of Champagne, it is made up of 5 grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, aged in oak barrels.
This bold and elegant Champagne is presented in its carafe bottle.
