FAGOT Family has lived in Rilly-la-Montagne since the three generations.
Since 2001, after 20 years spent in "EARL Les Vicomtés" Hubert FAGOT assisted by his wife Béatrice, took the direction of the house in order to perpetuate the technical know-how of Anne-Marie and Joseph FAGOT whose adventure had begun in 1956, to sell their Champagne under the names of Joseph FAGOT and Hubert FAGOT.
With passion, love and respect of the environment, Hubert FAGOT has always cultivated with great care throughout the year the three grape varieties from the first bud until the harvest. Each of these grapes varieties brings unique features (characteristics), rounded and sweetness champagne for Pinots Noir and Meunier, finess and elegance for Chardonnay.
